EVO CHIPOTLE PEACH-TINI

Ingredients:

  • Martini glass

  • Cocktail shaker with ice

  • Cherry juice (if you have cocktail cherries on hand), or grenadine

  • Fresh lemon wedges, ½ (one-half) lemon, squeezed

  • Blood orange for garnish (optional), can use any type of orange or fresh peaches

  • 2 (two) - 3 (three) tbsp EVO Chipotle Peach Sauce

  • 2 (two) oz vodka (We used Grey Goose)

  • 1 (one) oz cointreau

  • Fresh lemon juice, squeezed

Directions:

  1. In martini glass, add ½ (one-half) oz of cherry juice or grenadine to the bottom of the glass.

  2. In the cocktail shaker, add the Chipotle Peach sauce, vodka and cointreau.

  3. Shake well.

  4. Pour cocktail into martini glass and garnish with a slice of blood orange.
