EV Originals began in a working kitchen.
We are Eleni and Joelle, chefs who have spent years cooking for others through our catering business, STF Events & Catering. Before EVOriginals existed, we were developing recipes, serving real meals, and paying attention to what people returned for.
Over time, we noticed a familiar problem. Too many sauces and seasonings promised bold flavor but relied on shortcuts, overpowering heat, or one-note taste. We wanted something better for the food we were already cooking.
So we started making it ourselves.
Every product we make began as a recipe we used in our catering kitchen. We tested them by feeding people, adjusting along the way, and learning what held up across different dishes and settings.
That process still guides how we cook today. Each salsa, sauce, and seasoning is developed by us with balance in mind. Heat has a place, but it never takes over. Flavor leads, and it has to last beyond a single use.

EVOriginals is made in Tennessee in small batches with hands-on care and close attention to ingredients. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is released unless it earns a place in our own kitchens.
