Chipotle Peach Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (one) dozen raw chicken wings

  • 1 (one) tbsp kosher salt

  • 2 (two) tsp coarse ground black pepper

  • 2 (two) tsp granulated garlic

  • 1 (one) bottle of EVO Chipotle Peach Sauce

  • ¼ (one quarter) cup fresh scallions, sliced (garnish)

  • 2 (two) tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Place thawed chicken wings in a mixing bowl.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic.

  3. Layout wings on a greased baking sheet and roast in the oven @ 425 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes or until wings reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

  4. Place cooked chicken wings in a clean mixing bowl and drizzle desired amount of EVO Chipotle Peach Sauce over the wings and toss until wings are coated.

  5. Add wings to a platter, drizzle a bit more EVO over your wings, garnish with fresh scallions and DEVOUR!!!!
